What is our background?

Hepworth HR was established in 2005 by John Hepworth, who is our Director and Principal Consultant.

John's background includes work for Avon Polymer, Airbus and Lincoln Financial Services - both in specialist and operational HR roles, including Training & Development. 

His experience, then, has been invaluable in helping businesses of all sizes - and in most business sectors too!

Hepworth HR has worked extensively in the public and private sectors, including the NHS and the defence industry. And our work has extended to micro-businesses too [i.e. less than 10 employees]. With an emphasis throughout on improvement, Hepworth HR seeks to help managers and employees alike develop - for the benefit of all concerned.

So, we possess a wide range of skills and abilities, all adaptable to the needs of our clients.
